Recoge la &lt;i&gt;Institutional Strategy for Teacher Training on&amp;nbsp;ICT-pedagogy Integration, &lt;/i&gt;basándose en un Marco Competencial para los profesores. Constituye una hoja de ruta fantástica, tanto a nivel de administraciones públicas como de centros de manera que se trabaje la integración de las TIC en las aulas no como "un pegote" sino bajo un enfoque integral: tecno-pedagógico. Todavía hay un porcentaje importante de responsables educativos y docentes para los que la clase magistral (dicta-copia o dicta-subraya) es la única manera de enseñar. Es apasionante como un juego, de ordenador o de papel y boli, puede enganchar hasta al menos implicado de los alumnos. La competitividad, las endorfinas que genera... un batiburrillo de sensaciones que revitalizan cerebro y alma.&lt;br /&gt;Bajo mi concepción del diseño instruccional, no me imagino una actividad vehicular más emocionante que un juego en el que haya que aplicar de manera práctica los conocimientos que vamos construyendo entre todos en el aula.&lt;br /&gt;Además, este es un ejemplo claro de como las TIC desempeñan el rol de "facilitadoras", hacen posible la ejecución de ideas. No representan un fin &lt;i&gt;per se&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os paso a continuación un proyecto europeo tremendamente interesante en el que están participando compañeros de &lt;a href="http://www.florida-uni.es/"&gt;Florida Centre de Formació&lt;/a&gt; , se llama ENGAGE y trata precisamente de elaborar una guía práctica internacional para la introducción de los juegos en la programación didáctica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Destaca un &lt;a href="http://games.eun.org/upload/GIS_HANDBOOK_ES.pdf"&gt;handbook&lt;/a&gt;, escrito por el Dr Patrick Felicia, un investigador del Waterford Institute of Technology de Ireland. Este blog nace fruto de una pasión personal por mi profesión: la educación. Mejor dicho, la e-ducación.&lt;br /&gt;No hace demasiado que me dedico a ella, pero un sentimiento vocacional profundo, como la "llamada de la selva", me empuja a dar lo máximo de mi mismo.&lt;br /&gt;Debido a mi background tecnológico (Ing. en Informática), no puedo evitar utilizar las TIC para mejorar mi trabajo día a día y en mi caso, mi trabajo es hacer de la experiencia de aprendizaje de mis alumnos algo apasionante, emocionante y, principalmente, que saque lo mejor de ellos mismos.&lt;br /&gt;Utilizaré este foro para exponer ideas, proyectos... mios y, sobretodo, de verdaderos expertos en la materia.
